that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in
shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method
Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-3 business days - £3.20 up to 2 units.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-3 business days - £5.30 3 units and above.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Anatomy Education Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes,
etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with your item. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns - All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in
be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product is defective. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Returns
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.
Please allow at least 2 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
